These are used from command line, when ehcp webbased gui is not accessible, or for any other reason.

go to server console,
mysql -p

use ehcp;

then:


# reset to non-ssl mod all apache settings.
update misc set value='apache2' where name='webservertype';
update misc set value='nonssl' where name='webservermode';
insert into operations (op) values ('fixapacheconfignonssl');


# rebuilds apache config:
insert into operations (op) values ('syncdomains');

# rebuild bind dns config:
insert into operations (op) values ('syncdns');



# to reset template for your ehcp web-gui:
update misc set `value` = 'xp5-z7' WHERE `misc`.`name`='defaulttemplate' ;

#or
update misc set `value` = 'ubuntu0.4.2' WHERE `misc`.`name`='defaulttemplate' ;

Hi,

I used hiawatha and i think it is really a fast as possible and very well secured system, it would be nice if ehcp can have Hiawatha as web server.

EHCP = 192.168.1.20 ( internal IP )
2 x Static IP's points to Internal IP

Is it possible to setup EHCP as Nameserver ?

When I register new domain they need :

All nameservers should be operational before submitting this
application. There is a limit of five nameservers for the .co.za zone.
'FQDN' is the Fully Qualified Domain Name of the host.

I have written this page months before, just same as other hosting control panel pages.
But, you deleted the page, with reason "speedy delete"
I even don't know what is "speedy delete"

As I understand, the page deleted because of so called "advertising".
I ask you: is page "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plesk" not advertising ?

plesk is fully a commercial company, and has no value with respect to an encyclopedia. What is encyclopedic value of plesk version history ?

I advertise your page, on my page, ehcp.net, for months, without asking you anything, I want you to live forever, donated to you,
and you delete this ehcp page with some reason... You can email me, if something is wrong..

I want to write pages with your guidelines and rules, but, give people some chance for learning your rules.. Not everybody can learn all your rules.

i just have a wondrous problem, when i browseing website on ehcp server sudnly i encounter this error an all websites on the server:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /vhosts/ehcp/index.php on this server.

here is the log file:

just after upgrading to the latest version of ehcp, when i want to add email address i get this error message:

Hi. I'm trying to set up Funambol (server/client software for PIM/e-mail syncronizing with a bunch of desktop/mobile devices) on my server.

I'm running EHCP on a Debian/Lenny, and has installed/started funambol without any errors.

Unfortunately I can't get to the administration part which is meant to run via web. I suppose it has something to do with the way apache is setup by EHCP.

I know this isn't the main focus of this project, but if anybody has some suggestions on how to get things going they would be appreciated.
