As the subject says I cant get my webpage to load. When I go to the address it brings up a file list instead of the home page. Here is the link so you can see what I mean: http://cjcomputers.dyndns-server.com/ any ideas would be great...thanks.

So i just got another dedicated server and loaded the current release of EHCP and webmin to Ubuntu 10.0.4 LTS. All i can say is the two together are awesome. I will say this is not for the faint of heart. Webmin allows alot of control over the same items as ehcp but adds backups, alerts, and other basic server config tasks.

If anyone is interested in running this duo hit me up.

I registered my domain name with dyndns.com and when I put my address in I get the ehcp log in page. did i do something wrong or is this normal?

As a newbie to linux and Ehcp i decided to migrated from MS SBS 2008
and so im only used to GUI controls/settings

ok i have installed a clean ubunto 10.4 OS and Ehcp, all installed well,
upon accessing Ehcp as admin i then bought a domain name from www.fasthosts.co.uk and forwarded my domain name of mybizcard.net to my roughter ip- real ip of 62.255.138.161 for which can access my Ehcp control panel and login, But when i create a new client i cant seem to see the default web page, So i created a new subdomain at mybizcard.net called jack.mybizcard.net and forwarded it to my real ip but still no webb page for that client

so i looked into the system folders for the clients and the folder and webb pages are their and seem ok, but just can't access them either when logged into the clients Cpanel and clicking on the little blue icon or even on the WWW.

so im in need of help on how to make it work

Can you tell me a step by step way to add an SSL certificate for an email/domain because i getting confused with the documents that i have seen on the web, some are saying add to postfix some also saying add to Apache then some say add to control panel,

can i have a step by step instruction please so i know that it will be right so that i dont mess my server.

If I goto to my server and login to ehcp as admin
and than click on Server status and mysql show a big red NO
If I try to start restart or even I stop I get error.

(runop) internal ehcp error:

Undefined operation: dostartmysql This feature may not be complete

Sorunuma gelince ilk defa ubuntu kurdum herşey başarılı bir şekilde kuruldu panelide kurmayı başardım. ingilizcem olmadığı için biraz zorluk çektim tabii. Doğrumu yaptım bilmiyorum ama yaptıklarımı öncelikle anlatmak isterim. Telekomdan sabit ip aldım. Domainimi satın aldığım yerden telekomunun verdiği ip ye yönlendirdim. Yani ns1.domain.com ve ns2.domain.com... sonra panelden easy add domain dedim. domain ismine domain.com dedim. Sonra panelden optionsa tıkladım..edit change options dedim. ve local ip yazan yere telekomun ipsini yazdım ve dns ipsi yazan yerede telekomun ipsini verdim. messagetonewuser kısmına Dns servers for our server:

ns1.domain.com -> 78.124.12.47
ns2.domain.com -> 78.124.12.47

yaptım ve sorguyu gönder dedim. Sorunum şudur bir türlü www.domain.com yazınca açılmıyor. ns1.domain.com yazınca açılıyor. Telekomun ipyi girincede açılıyor. Ancak www yazınca açılmıyor. Edit dns template for this domain tıkladım panelden ve templatte domainname yazan yerlere domain.com yazdım süslü parantezlerin içine webip,mailip vs.. gibi yerlerede telekomun ipsini yazdım ama sonuç alamadım. Yardım ederseniz sevinirim. Bu güzel panelden bende yararlanmayı ve linux kullanmayı çok istiyorum. Saygılar başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.
