I have made 2 websites with success on our new server.

I use the "Easy Add Domain(hosting, all usernames/pass same)" link in Ehcp.

I create the domain (not with www). and a password with 20 charactères.

www.rcvg83.francejoomla.org
www.aeecs.francejoomla.org

It's ok for this 2 domains.

My problem :

I try to create one domain with long domain name :

linvitationauvoyage.francejoomla.org

The domain is created but there is a bug with ftp account.

Is it possible to have long domain names in ftp account ?

I have a normal DSL account with no Static IP.
To point to my machine I use dyndns.org and no-ip.org

EHCP is setup on Ubuntu where the IP = xxx.xxx.16.40

Routers IP = xxx.xxx.16.254

dnsip = 196.43.38.190 this is my outside DNS

Now I have registered a domain at za.net and pointed to
the dyndns.org and no-ip.org

Everytime I wanne go to www.xxx.za.net it shows me now
that it cannot connect to the above dnsip.

The domain is pointing to my router but it gets the wrong information from EHCP.

Do I need a Static IP to run EHCP at home ?

I would like to edit the apachetemplate file in /var/www/vhosts/ehcp.
Currently "php_admin_value open_basedir {homedir}" is my stumbling block.
Where in the code or db's is {homedir} defined?
Could a {userdir} be difined to lock in the path /var/www/vhosts/{userdir}

Problem with mod_dir. It was working fine, but,, I don't know why now mod_dir is not working.
There is in apache.conf: Include /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/*.conf
There is in mods-enabled/dir.conf:

DirectoryIndex index.php index.php4 index.php3 index.cgi index.pl index.html index.htm index.shtml index.phtml
</IfModule>

But when I'm trying to open site root it's only showing me the list of files. And there is index.html, but it does not open it automatically... Strange error...
I was trying to add DirectoryIndex directly in apache.conf - no success...

And I have restarted the server.

Hello,

Yesterday I noticed that my websites are not displayed anymore.

When accessing one of my domains all I get returned is a blank page, also the source seems to be blank

It seems that the domainnames are resolved the right way. I'm also able to access the server using SSH.

There is no difference between accessing the system from Internet or LAN.

It looks like a Apache config error of some kind.

Been using EHCP for over a year now and it's great. Thanks for the hard work bvidinli.

My question is:

How can i increase the max file size that can be uploaded via the netftp interface?

I got an error about it when a file was bigger than 5mb.
