if you see same page for all your domains, or ehcp default page, check followings:
<li>does your ehcp daemon running? to be sure, on server console: /etc/init.d/ehcp restart
<li>go to ehcp gui->options->sync domains
<li>if still not working, check /etc/apache2/apache2.conf, does it contains ehcp related lines at bottom ?
<li> if still not solved, send me your info.

Okay heres the rundown, i have a panel user set as default ftp for all the domains under that user. I added a ftp user under the free space of a domain and set their home diretory to a specific folder. When i removed the user all files under that domain were deleted. is this b/c i set the user to the domain?

HI I like to install a2billing with ehcp. Normally A2billing store one file with the configuration in
/etc/a2billing.conf
But when I try to access to my a2billing Admin GUi
I get open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/etc/a2billing.conf) is not within the allowed path(s):

I have successfully install the latest version of EHCP on local server at home. I've setup a domain name and successfully upload the web files via webftp ehcp provided.

the problem is, the page still showing the ehcp default page. it's seems not active although i've set the domain to 'active'.

ps: i don't change or make any configuration

When looking in the "server status" section in ehcp it says that the mySQL is not running - MySQL: NO (Start | Stop | Restart)

I have tried starting it through ehcp but it doesn't work:
Some Error Occured.
(runop) internal ehcp error: Undefined operation: dostartmysql
This feature may not be complete

I have noticed that while booting up the ubuntu server it does initialise mysql successfully and says OK, but then in ehcp it says it is down. I laso cannot login to phpmyadmin, either due to mysql being down or because at installation the phpmyadmin password did not want to get created and I had to "ignore" this error to continue ehcp installation.

What do I have to do? I have looked inside phpmyadmin config.inc.php and other conf files and found one file that had inside only one line that said: admin:*

Is that the username and password for phpmyadmin? If so when trying to login with that it does not work. I changed the * for my own password but it still doesn't login.

Please someone help...

A warning shows up on my ehcp panel:

Warning : Your dns/server ip seems your local/private ip. in order your server be accessible from outside, you should set it to your outside/real ip (your modem/router's ip)

I have been given a static IP address by my ISP. Do I have to use this IP instead of the internal 192.168.2.101 that the server is attached to now? Will I have to then forward ports? Which ones - only 80 and 25 or others too? How do I do that?

Hello,

I have my server behind a router, forwarding the ports works fine - I can access the server IP and the setup domains just fine from the internet.

The problem arises when I try to connect to the ftp server for the setup domain name (the ftp user for that domain name exists and I connect with these details). Passive mode does not work at all. The active mode - it logs in authenticates the ftp password correctly, but then it does not show the contents of the domain folder - it times out with:

I have opened ports 93,103,103 to help the situation. Do I have to open port from port 21 (external) to port 103 (internal) or from port 103 (external) to port 103 (inernal)? I have done both but id didn't work.

Accessing my sites and server from the same LAN the server is on is also not possible - I have put the external server IP 90.XX.157.XX.44 into the etc/hosts file in Win XP for both www.sxxga.com and sxxga.com.

What to do ?
