Everything works fine with my installation, except that i am unable to login to ftp with credentials, i get the following error when i try to login on the net2ftp browser based login :

A. The first question
The first question ..?
there are new problems in 0.30.4 ehcp .. when I create a subdomain why always look up the page and the main domain ..? I've yet turns of wildcard domain, so for this to resolve the issue of what should be in the configuration ..?
actually if I could have modified the apache template. but i want when creating a subdomain, the subdomain page will appear automatically without having to change the apache template ...?

2. the second question
ehcpdir {} => ehcp directory
{homedir} => main domain directory
then for subdomain what code themselves ..? if => {subhomdir}?
{homedir} / httpdocs / subdomain / {subhomdir}
please let me know ..?

3. The third question
{domainname} will be changed automatically to MYDOMAIN.COM when I put on my apche template and save.
then what is the code for the subdomain, if ..? {subdomain}

first of all i want to say hi to all and specially the developers of this nice hosting program

Recently i start using EHCP again and everything installed fine (like ussual)

but something kept me bussy for hours.
And i cant sleep when something is not working like it should be

so here is a small problem

When i want to add a new DB via EHCP i got this strange error

i could not create my DB
then i opened my can of google skills and google for hours
Trying to change the character sets in the db , and nothing seems to work

and by accident i found out why this happend
Its because i used a dash in the new DB name , for example i cant create db names like "test-db" because of the including dash .

It is not realy a big problem after i found out , but an easy transfer of my DB from another host took more work then i like.

I see on the login page for the control panel that it shows the following:

1. The admin email address
2. The number of users
3. The number of domains
4. The number of ftpusers
5. The number of email accounts

I see this information as a security issue, and I've found no way to turn it off. Is there a simple method for hiding this information properly?

Can you help me solve this problem.
I change the setting of non-ssl to ssl mode.
and then I did this
> gui> options> fix apache with ssl configuration.
then I can not access server, webserver ehcp panel and also can not be accessed.
then I try to remote via ssh, and I restart apache and then display a message like this.

Hi, I have set 2 of my domains to passive mode... when I tried to make them active, ehcp takes no notice of the setting and just keeps them in passive mode...

Basically, I have multiple sub domains that I want to be able to access an image folder on the root domain. When uploading an image, I get

I have checked:

and I have no idea what line of open_basedir you mean when editing the apache template because there are 4 lines containing "open_basedir."Even though, I tried with removing all for and I still got the error. I also tried editing the php.ini file and I still got the error even after syncing domains.

Got any ideas?
