How would I make it so that my server ip is a domain name instead of the ip. For example if my server ip was 12.45.678.89. How could i change it so that it's http://mydomain.com/vhosts/ehcp/?

I attach two files,
first, sends whole database to an email, accepts dbname, email and sitename (not-important)

second file, does something special:
parameters same as first (i think)
but it drops/deletes non-critic tables so that, the email size reduces..
this is especially good for some large db's..

original author is written in file,
I made some modification, and made second file myself.. it is first in world, i think..

example usage:

you may put it in a cron job:
<code>1 1 */1 * * cd /root/server ; php backup2mail2.php drupal2 ehcp ehcp@gmail.com >> /var/log/cronisler_backup2mail.log 2>&1 &

That runs that emailer once a day..

Question:
Is there a way to get timestamps on the ehcp log I get e-mailed each day? It's saying it can't connect to the mysql, but I've already taken the recommended steps on your site to resolve that error. Why am I still getting those error messages if the EHCP is working just fine?

Answer:
1st: ehcp log and timestamps: I will describe in another post ..... will write here...

2nd:
if you see those errors , your ehcp is not working fine... only, you do not feel the error, since you do not add/update a new domain in panel... you will see domain add not working if you try it..

Solution:
most probably, you are using some older version of ehcp.
upgrade to latest (0.29.09 or newer: 0.29.10) and you will see those error disappear mostly (I hope).

those errors are caused when mysql restarts, while ehcp daemon running, with older versions of ehcp.
on newer versions, this does not continue forever, instead, ehcp daemon just restarts in case of that error.. restarting fixes that..

it is very very slow
how can I speed up the sync?

it is already sync'ed
if you do again, you do it twice

if you have 600 domains,
something in sync domains may be fine tuned...
do you use ehcp actively on a production server with 600 domains ?

Noone else can make this better I think, other than me
because I moved to a few servers around, which were donation..

Basic idea:
You should move all your web files and db to other side.

Here is how:
manual:
move your files at /var/www/vhosts to target,
files at /var/lib/mysql to target,
then,
go to target, mysql -p, flush tables, go to ehcp gui, options->sync domains, sync dns, thats all.

automatic:
use the script attacted. download it to yoru 1st server, then run it with parameter target ip.

submission inet n - - - - smtpd

ekleyin. (veya orda zaten yazılı, başında # var, onu kaldırın)
kaydedip çıkın.
