You could also try to set up the network with the help of <a rel="follow" href="http://www.antamediacafe.com">internet cafe software</a>. It's easy to install and setup. I mean, if I can do it and I'm clueless about computers most of the time, you surely can do better than me.

if any of ehcp users wants to be accessible from outside world, but dont want to pay for a domain, i may provide a subdomain like yourname.ehcp.net which is relatively short..
Just say me your email, your outside/real ip and the name you want, i will set dns for name.ehcp.net as redirected to your ip/server.

I will set this in ehcp's dns server, and you dont need to pay for this.
