Custom Subdomain Paths

I mentioned this once before, but I just wanted to make sure it's on the forums

Instead of forcing users to upload their subdomain files in the subdomains directory, could the user be prompted for their own custom path during creation based on their permissions and home folder? For example, I want forums.mysite.com to link to my httpdocs/forums folder instead of httpdocs/subdomains/forums. Would be cool in a future version if you could add that feature.
