I added only one domain name to ehcp on a virtual private server and it works fine, but I recently added another one, and I used the same exact settings as the previous one, and it will only go to the ehcp control panel. Is there a setting for the newly added domain soit will go to the index.html file inside its folder? Thanks!

no other setting required.
you may try: ehcp->options->sync domains

I figured it out! After you create your new domain in ehcp you have to edit the the DocumentRoot extension in the apache template within ehcp. My DocumentRoot extension was pointed incorrectly, I changed it and BAM! So just for future reference if you're having this problem check your DocumentRoot file extension in your apache template WITHIN EHCP.
And don't forget to restart apache after you make the changes!
