as I understand, your server is connected to internet and connect to outside world,
but, on your previous posts, i understand that, "no route to host" says your server cannot connect to google, gmail,

for example, if you run:
<code>ping 209.85.223.99
<code>traceroute 209.85.223.99

or
<code>ping google.com
<code>ping gmail.com

you will probably get error, or no reply..

This means that, unfortunately, your ISP blocked completely gmail ip addresses, in its routers,

to overcome, you need to request from them, ability to access gmail ip's...

the problem is not using another ip,
even if you use another server ip on your server,

if your isp blocks gmail ip's, then, your server will not be able to send emails to gmail.

This is not a good situation for your domains or hosting customers.
you cannot use another ip to connect to gmail, because you cannot determine the ip for gmail, gmail determines that ip.

did you test above?
please test these again:

if your server works normally, i will receive your email in last line..

There is 25 port, but I can use 25 port. How can I change SMTP port? For example to 465 (as it's in gmail).

smtp port is not 465,it is 25, and you cannot change it, and all server on world needs to speak through port 25, unless all are agree to change it.And, I dont think gmail uses 465 for smtp


so, your problem is not port,
your problem is "no route to host" error.
