disabling custom apache (or some function) for non-admins Q&A

ehcp user: how can I remove some settings from EHCP like modifying Apache http setup file . They are really dangerous for a basic user

1- you may completely disable custom http settings
2- disable them only for non-admins
which one do you prefer ?

at start of that function,
append
$this->requireAdmin();
thats it
