how to limit ehcp services?

Hello,

We use ehcp for hosting web services only. Email and DNS is handled separately. I would like to reduce the number of processes and system complexity by not running postfix, bind, or courier. Or, at the least have some sort of state dump (similar to the bind files) so that I could use the contents for the separate services.

I have already had to modify postfix once for outgoing email to insert dkim, and I would like to be certain that ehcp will not overwrite the new settings.

OH yes, I almost forgot: I don't need half as many of the apache virtual hosts as the template seems to build. Is this as simple as re-writing the template?
