Problem BackUp

hello (sorry for my bad english i m french)

I install EHCP on my web hosting.

Its works great

But i try backup, when i did a backup domain (web site + mysql + mail) its working ok ok
But when i tried a general backup ( all website + all mysql + all mails) nothing done ....
I look in the folder nothing ....

In my backup list its write "in progress" but nothing change ....

I look this http://www.ehcp.net/?q=node/1121
but it s not working

trace your problem by doing in console:

/etc/init.d/ehcp restart & tail -f /var/log/ehcp.log

then, do a backup command in gui,
watch changes in console, try identify the problem.
