Error After Install

After installation i get the error message displayed below.
Im not able to access the control pannel.
Can you please help me out?

i checked a bit, your ehcp installation seems to be not complete.
Try to install ehcp from beginning,
if you can't, i may help you by connecting to your server by ssh.
