IP Default page EHCP after installation

Interested me how to change my default page layout ? which the file is it.
To me better understand to which I think the default page Please see picture --> http://zaslike.com/files/s028vdsjke4fqkvbmzgd.jpg

I need the file name and location.

that is index.html in /var/www/new dir.
that page should not be displayed in a domain's homepage, even if a domain is just added.

When I enter the IP of the server then come out.
Ok, Means standing in: /var/www/

I changed /var/www/index.html and not see any changes when I enter on my IP adress.
