What is the current stable version users should be running?

My production servers are still running Version: 0.29.13

I do see 0.29.15 on the front page of the site but it says for testing. I also haven't seen any information on how to upgrade to .15. I am on the testing / dev team but I can't find any pertinent info about my question.

ehcp 0.29.15 is tested many times, and now is being downloaded by all users.
if any futher bug appears, I am trying to fix them.

for upgrade:
following code can be used for upgrade:
wget http://ehcp.net/upgrade_to_yeni.sh.gz
gunzip upgrade_to_yeni.sh.gz
./upgrade_to_yeni.sh

dont forget to remove old lines from apache2.conf manually.

about your other question (eating resources): that is an advanced topic, needs some investigation. no idea as of now.
