I am unable to upload video & audio files in PHPmotion. Please review the attach file.

it seems that phpmotion has perl components in its uploader..
You should install perl modules in apache in usual way as you normally do in ubuntu.

I think we did not include perl in default install of apache..
Consult some apache and perl documentation...
