Access external

Hi!
I've an ubuntu 8.04.1 server. It worked until two days ago. But now dont allow access external (201....), only allow access internal (10.0.0.188).

Someone know the because?

check following:
did you change any setting in your router/modem?
did you install firewall on your server or somewhere on your network.?
did your network provider/isp changed some setting ?
make sure your dns setting for server, on ehcp panel settings, is your external ip...
