apt-get problem: failing finding some packages while install

Sometime, ehcp/apt-get may fail to find some packages such as:

E: Couldn't find package courier-authdaemon
E: Couldn't find package courier-authlib-mysql
E: Couldn't find package courier-pop
E: Couldn't find package courier-pop-ssl
E: Couldn't find package courier-imap
E: Couldn't find package courier-imap-ssl
E: Couldn't find package libsasl2-2


This is caused by:
some repositories such as universal are missing at /etc/apt/sources.lst
please enable universal and other repos at that file by uncommenting them.

this file may look like this:

i am working on this to automatically enable these... from with ehcp install... any idea is welcome.
