I installed a 0.29.15.4. could you pls send me full info step by step how to upgrade to last version?

and

how I can upgrade php, apache and mysql if i want to use last versions?

in short, replace all files except config.php
logout,login
ehcp->options->syncdomains


to upgrade all other software, in cconsole:

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

I did apt-get update
and apt-get upgrade, but php and mysql are the same version.

any idea how to upgrade?
