Temporal URL for browser

Hello, i want to enter to my files by browser... the target is to enter to my files like:

http://192.168.1.200/vhosts/user/user/index.php

Something like this... but i cant... is very important this because sometimes i dont have a domain configured yet...

I enter by domain correctly, but in local lan, i cant enter...

Is possible enter to my directory like this?
