Upgrading from previous versions to 0.29.10

[ehcpdeveloper]

<li>logout from your ehcp gui
<li>Download new file from www.ehcp.net/ehcp_yeni.tgz
<li>backup your config.php in ehcp dir,
<li>extract files onto /var/www/vhosts/ehcp/
<li>restore your original config.php
<li>go to ehcp gui, login
thats it..
let me know if something goes wrong..

Note that, 0.29.10 is not released to public yet, we are testing things...
this newer version has many new features, but also may contain some new bugs
