How do I get Statistics-Webstats to work ?

Then I login at my accont the link Statistics-Webstats what dir is empty. How do I do this so its works ?

it should already work, if your ehcp daemon working.
To check daemon,
do in console:
tail -f /var/log/ehcp.log

No it dont work www.mydoman.com/webstats/index.html And I dont whant any body eals to se my webstats. Then I try www.forcevision.se/webstats/index.php this stands:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /webstats/index.html on this server.
