PHPmyadmin does not work at all

I get this error when trying to connect to phpmyadmin

I have looked at other forum posts, but none of them seemed to work. I will let you connect to my server if you wish.

http://yourip/phpmyadmin

or, alternatively,
copy phpmyadmin files under your domain folder.

i have always use my ip to access mysql database but now that i have a default domain i want to be able give clients a nicer address for the phpmyadmin. but when i use: http://mydomin.com/phpmyadmin/

i get this error:
