INSTALL ON 4.03R debian failed

Logged in as root and Install apears to fail after the following below:
The ehcp directory appears to be made but the PHP test file does not fire

can you please re-try with latest version 0.27

ehcp is tested on ubuntu,
but should also work on debian.
you may need to install some php extensions manually, if installer fails some operations...
