Add new host on a specific port
#1
Hello, Thanks for writing ehcp.
My suggestion is to add the ability to set the port number for a new domain.

For example, I would like a site on port 1967,
so :: http://www.somesite.net:1967

The ehcp says it works, but it doesnt - the ":" is missing..

This causes the ftp to not work on login - directory not found, and the site doesnt work..

You say:
"ehcp says it works", where did you see this info ?

normally, your request does not work in ehcp.
changing port is not a simple thing and requires apache config change,
in future, I may implement something similar to this, currently, it is not supported and not in near roadmap..

To accomplish that, you need to deal with apache config and make it listen on that port..
i will think on this, will try to do it in an "easy", "ehcp" way..
