How do I flash DNS data, because after removing domains from ehcp, the DNS data for them domain are still active in bind9.

normally, it should be done automatically.
the www.ehcp.net/ehcp_yeni.tgz file which is updated yesterday does that, I tested. (ver 0.29.15)

if you did not download it in last 2 days, or using an older version, you should upgrade to this.

in all versions, anyway, you can do this way: after deleting domain, options->sync dns
note that this is normally automatic. only left for recovery purpose, like this you said.
