How do I uninstall ehcp on my ubuntu server ?

Can I just remove this just /var/www/ehcp
and files at /var/lib/mysql/ehcp

And restart ubuntu and ist gone ?

ehcp installs some server related software such as apache, bind-dns and so on.
if you wish to keep them, keep them,
if not, you should remove them as decribed in link.
