but i got this message
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/ehcp/net2ftp/includes/pclzip.lib.php on line 3581

absolutely, you are out of ram resource
for your php
you may try:
increase memory_limit
in
/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
then restart apache
but if zip file is very big, this may not help
