I would like to say before hand that i love how EHCP has turned out to be!

I have ehcp 0.35 installed in ubuntu 12.04. I suddenly noticed that my mail server was being bombarded by spam. After running tail -f /var/log/mail.log, I noticed a high traffic of spam is coming out of my server. I was thinking on uninstalling postfix and reinstalling it but was afraid that it might not work anymore with echp. If i do so, are there any special configurations that need to be made? Any recomendations for /etc/postfix/main.cf once freshly reconfigured?
