Add Domain DNS somewhere else

Call mestupid but how do i add a domain so it handle www and email but the nameservers are somewhere else ?

in ehcp gui,
add your domain
choose your domain
click "edit dns template"
change "in ns ..... " records to show to your desired nameserver ips.
