Hotmail not receiving emails

I use EHCP, great server!! the last year

this problem appeared the previous week, the hotmail don't receiving emails, apparently sent without problems, but does not appear in any tray (normal and junk).

With a hotmail account I send to my server and the server receive this email,(I use outlook for test)
if i reply this message to the hotmail this receives, apperas in the startup tray, but when i create a new message to hotmail the email does not arrive

i use ip static and EHCP, I am new to servers, I have no problem with the other servers (yahoo, gmail,..)

hotmail applies many spam protection rules, so, many useful mails also treated as spam.

I do not suggest to deal with hotmail, it forces everyone to use microsoft products, also in spam protection. so, i suggest to ignore it..

if you still want to deal with it:
<li> make sure you have reverse dns for your server.
<li> make sure your have spf records for your domain in dns settings,
<li> look at hotmail resources for anything else to be done..
