I followed instruction of setting up step by step, but after finished installation, I could not use it, a warning as follows:
Warning : Your dns/server ip seems your local/private ip. in order your server be accessible from outside, you should set it to your outside/real ip (your modem/router's ip)

my server is Ubuntu 9.10 Server,
my website is running well on the server, the server is connected with Linksys router plus dynamicDNS service provided by easyDNS,
I tried put static IP in interfaces file, but doesn't work.
I have tried hundred times installation

you tried many things,
appearently you are unable to install it at yourself.
best way i think, open ssh of your server, let me go in using ssh to your server.
i will setup and give you ehcp ready.
