Problem with DNS server

In login page http://myip/vhosts/ehcp have this

"Your dns/server ip is set as:MY IP, if it is not detected/set correctly, please set it in your Settings"

In Settings i add this Local ip of server: my ip adress
dnsip (outside/real ip of server): my ip adress

Which part of the ip adress is wrong?

and how i can redirect co.cc domain to my hosting i have domain in my ehcp thank you

if your server has real/static/outside ip, then both ips same
if your server is inside an internal network, has ip like 192.168.1.10, then,
local ip: 192.168.1.10
dnsip: your outside ip

to redirect your domain:
set dns of your domain co.cc to ns1.co.cc, ns2.co.cc, in your registrar (the place that you buy your domain)
you may need in registrar: a register dns feature may exist there, then, register ns1.co.cc with your external ip,
